May 2020 was an exciting month for us. There is a quiet revolution going on in the startup accelerator space, and we are working hard to be ahead of the curve.
COVID crisis has highlighted the necessity for VC funds, Angels and Startups Accelerators to be able to offer flexible and individual support to startups. We believe that we have cracked the code and are ready to share some of the changes we about to implement.
We are moving away from cohorts to an ongoing rolling approach.
Each startup will receive an individually structured support programme.
Relocation in London will still be an essential part of Blue Lake, but it will be done in consultation with startups to make sure that ongoing operations are not disturbed.
These are just a few of the elements that will form the next-gen. framework for Blue Lake Accelerator.
Following this new approach, Blue Lake Accelerator has onboarded two new startups in May 2020. Fairhire and TipMyMenu. Both are truly amazing startups with great teams, and we will be helping them with the go-to-market strategy and next stage fundraising.
Going forward, we plan to invest and take onboard on average 1-2 startups per month. We are working hard on completing the updated acceleration programme and closing our latest fundraising round for Blue lake, as always for more information feel free to contact us.
P.S. May 2020, of course, was a SpaceX month, so the post photo has one of our favourite spaceships ever.
