We have completed a six-month project in collaboration with London Metropolitan University supporting Creative Spark Big Idea Challenge 2020 winners. David Gilgur and Lyubov Guk have been mentoring 25 early-stage teams from seven CIS countries over the past six months, and it was an amazing experience. Most companies are already on Blue Lake's radar.
It was a real pleasure working with the London Met's Accelerator team on this project which became a life-changing experience for the startups.
Once again, we learned first hand that emerging markets are a hotbed of promising early-stage companies, and the bridge with more developed ecosystems (the UK in our case) is a crucial factor for their success.
